Read-only, on purpose
Every tool only reads. Transcripts contain other people's words, and an assistant reading them shouldn't be able to act on instructions hidden in a meeting — so nothing an assistant does through meaty can change, send or delete anything.
Revoke access
Delete the API key the assistant uses.
