From inside meaty
Signed in, open Contact us:
- Phone: Account → Contact us.
- Chrome extension: the panel's account sheet → Contact us.
- Web and desktop app: To be confirmed
Pick a topic — Feature request, Complaint, Bug or Message — write what happened, and attach one screenshot if it helps (up to 10 MB).
By email
[email protected] — for when you can't sign in.
What to include
meaty doesn't attach anything about your device, so add:
- the meeting's title, date and time, if it's about one;
- where you were: phone, Chrome extension, web app or desktop app;
- your meaty version — Account → Version on the phone, the menu-bar icon on Mac;
- a screenshot;
- in the extension, the Technical details text from the problem card.
