Payments are handled by Stripe. meaty never sees your card details.

Upgrade

Settings → Plan & minutes, choose monthly or yearly, and pay on Stripe's checkout page. The upgrade applies as soon as payment goes through.

Manage your subscription

Manage subscription opens Stripe's billing page, where you can:

• update your payment method;
• download invoices;
• switch between monthly and yearly;
• cancel.

Cancel

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for — the app shows Cancels on and the date. Until then everything stays as it is; afterwards the account moves to the free plan. Your meetings stay.

If a payment fails

You keep your plan while Stripe retries the payment. If it can't collect in the end, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the free plan.
