# Share a meeting

*Updated 2026-10-20*

## Share a link

Open a meeting and choose **Share**. Pick what the link includes:

- **Summary**
- **Actions**
- **Transcript** — off unless you turn it on

At least one stays on.

On the phone and in the Chrome extension you can also set:

- **Expiry** — 7 days, 30 days, or never.
- **Access** — anyone with the link, or only email addresses you invite.

On the web and desktop app: *(To be confirmed.)*

## What people see

- The sections you chose — nothing else. No audio, no chat, no invitee
  email addresses.
- **Download notes** — the notes as a Markdown file.
- **Save a copy** — someone signed in to meaty can keep a copy in their own
library. Their copy stays even if you revoke the link.

Shared pages aren't indexed by search engines. You can see how many times a
link was viewed.

## Revoke a link

Turn the link off and it stops working immediately.

## Share by email

Send the meeting to people's inboxes with an optional note (up to 500
characters). meaty suggests the calendar invitees.

- Your account's email address must be verified.
- Up to 10 recipients per send, and 50 per day.

## Send to an integration

The **Integrations** tab in the share panel sends the meeting to a connected
[Slack](/docs/slack) or [Notion](/docs/notion). Connecting them happens in
the web or desktop app; the phone can send once they're connected.
