# Integration delivery failures

*Updated 2026-10-20*

## Where to look

The Slack and Notion pages under **Integrations** each show **Recent
deliveries** — what was sent, when, and whether it arrived. Webhooks have
the same list on the webhook itself.

## Retries

meaty retries a failed delivery twice — after 1 minute, then after 10. After
that it stops. To send a meeting again, use **Share → Integrations** on the
meeting.

## Reading the error

*(To be confirmed.)*

| Error | Usually means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| HTTP 401 | meaty's access was revoked | Reconnect the integration |
| HTTP 404 | The Slack channel or Notion page is gone | Pick a new channel or page |
| HTTP 429 | Too many requests at once | Wait; the retry usually succeeds |
| Timeout | The other side didn't answer in 5 seconds | Webhooks: make your endpoint reply faster |

## "Reconnect needed"

When access is revoked, the integration's card says so. Reconnect it — your
settings and history stay.

## Edits that don't appear

- **Slack:** digests in a **private channel** can't be edited, so later
  edits aren't posted.
- **Notion:** only pages sent with **auto-sync** on follow edits.
- Ticked tasks don't update digests or pages.
