# Export your data

## One meeting

At the bottom of a meeting, under **Downloads**:

| Download | File |
|---|---|
| **Summary** | The notes as Markdown (`.md`) |
| **Transcript** | The transcript as JSON (`.json`) |

## Everything

**Settings → Account & data → Download my data** prepares a zip with:

- your profile;
- every meeting — notes and transcript as Markdown and JSON;
- people (names and email addresses), glossary, tasks, series, templates
  and messages.

Audio isn't included. You can request an export up to five times an hour.

## Before deleting your account

Download your data first —
[deleting your account](/docs/delete-your-account) can't be undone.
